How much does a move cost?
Every move is different. The price depends on how much you’re moving, the distance, stairs, packing and access. Call or text 386-266-9045, or fill out the free quote form, and we’ll give you a quote for your move.
Are you a franchise or a national chain?
No. East Coast Moving And Delivery Service LLC is a local, family-owned company based in Palm Coast. When you call, you talk to Tom, the owner, and our own family-run crew does the move.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. East Coast Moving And Delivery Service LLC is a Florida-registered mover (Fla. Mover Reg. No. IM2982) and is fully licensed and insured. You can look up any mover’s registration with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).
Will I get a written estimate?
Florida’s mover law (Chapter 507, Florida Statutes) requires household movers to give you a written estimate before the move. Ask us about your estimate and contract whenever you have questions.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Palm Coast and serve Flagler, Volusia and St. Johns counties, including Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, St. Augustine, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach. Don’t see your town? Call and we’ll tell you if we cover it.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially at the end of the month, in summer, and during big events like Bike Week or Daytona race weeks. We can sometimes fit in last-minute moves, so call and ask.
Do you offer packing and supplies?
Yes. We bring the crew and the supplies (packing paper, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, boxes and crates) and can pack a few items or your whole home.
Can you move me into a gated community or condo?
Yes. Tell us the community or building when you book. We’ll send the gate, HOA or condo manager what they need, such as crew names and a certificate of insurance, and work within their move hours and elevator reservations.
Do you do senior moves and downsizing?
Yes, it’s one of our specialties. We go at your pace, coordinate with family and set up the essentials first in the new home.
Can you just deliver one piece of furniture?
Yes. One piece or a full truckload. Our delivery service handles store pickups, marketplace finds and moving furniture between homes.
Do you move long distance?
Yes. Along with local moves, we do long-distance moves within Florida, such as Palm Coast to Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville. See our long-distance moving page, or call Tom at 386-266-9045 to talk about your move.
How do I check a Florida mover’s registration?
