Community moving guides
Moving into a gated community: what to plan for
- Gate access. Many gated communities need the owner to approve or pre-register movers. Add us for your move date and we’ll send crew names and truck details.
- HOA and condo rules. Many HOAs and condo associations set move hours, truck parking or elevator reservations. Check with yours and send us what they tell you.
- Certificate of insurance. We can provide a COI on request. We’re licensed, insured and registered (Fla. Mover Reg. No. IM2982).
- Protecting the home. Pad-wrapped furniture, floor runners and door-jamb protection. We keep trucks off lawns and protect paver driveways.
Palm Coast communities FAQ
Do you move into gated communities around Palm Coast?
Yes, every week. Put us on your gate or visitor list for move day, tell us the procedure, and we’ll send crew names and truck details ahead of time.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my HOA or condo association?
Yes. We’re licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request. Send us your HOA or management company’s contact and we’ll get it to them before move day.
Don’t see your community listed?
We move all over Palm Coast and Flagler County, not just these communities. Call or text Tom at 386-266-9045 and tell us where you’re moving.
